I've been invited to ride shotgun at the 2015 Hagerty Spring Thaw classic car rally and film the events. My co-worker has a 1959 Corvette Fuelie and a 1970 Chrysler 300 convertible. Which car should we take?
The Corvette is a bucket list car but there's something awesome about taking a 19-ft long whale of a car to dice it up with the Alfas and Porsches. What do you guys think? I can't lose either way haha

Can you take your boat?

Take the vert. It'll be much more comfortable to ride in, and with the top down it will give you a much more unobstructed view with which to film the events.

Negative. The rally is in Vancouver and my car is in Toronto

The 300. Doing a rally of any type in a jacked-up drag racer sounds a little bit miserable.

The fuelie isn't a drag racer. Fuelie means it left the factory with a rochester fuel injection unit. It's a concourse restored car.

:O
I didn't know that. I thought fuelie was a general term for...[internet researching]...nevermind. I got them mixed up with "gassers."
Yeah, take the 'Vette.

Take the 300. Classic car rallies are relatively leisurely, so the boat would put you at a huge advantage. Plus, there's nothing like a big convertible to capture in-motion shots.
